How will I be charged?
You pay only for active contributors. A contributor is any user who has made one or more commits to your repositories in the past 30 days.
Users who don't contribute code can view KnowCount reports for free using their company user accounts.
Do you offer student and non-profit plans?
If you are a student or a non-profit organization you are eligible for either a free plan or a discount depending on the size of your team.

Are prices listed only in US dollars?
Yes, all prices shown are in US dollars.
What types of accounts can I have on KnowCount?
KnowCount offers company user accounts, as well as one admin account per company.
What if I want to change my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, changes are applied immediately. When you downgrade your plan, changes are applied at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there any commitment to the Starter plan?
No. You can take advantage of our Starter plan for as long as you'd like.
